I experienced my first earthquake ever this morning at 4:38 AM. The rumble woke me up, and the feeling reminded me of when I lived right next to the railroad tracks. I've spent my whole life in "tornado alley" and have had to batten down the hatches for a hurricane before, and this was...different.
